A party wall is the wall that separates two properties and is bound by The Party Wall etc. Act 1996. Although the workings of this act are complex we can advise you on any building work that may impede on a party wall. This means any alterations to and construction of new walls or excavation near a neighbouring property must follow strict procedures under this Act.

  • Project Management, Design  & Contract Administration


Project management involves a range of duties from simply administering the contract financially, through to fully managing your construction or renovation project, including making sure that you comply with the various rules and regulations.  We can help create the initial Specification and then oversee the competitive tendering process and award the contract, tailoring around your budget and circumstances, giving you the reassurance that your project is organised, controlled and implemented correctly, and to your satisfaction.


  • Dilapidations


Dilapidations is a term that refers to the wear and tear that a property sustains during it's tenure.

We can act for Landlords wishing to make a Dilapidation Claims on a tenant or for Tenants who have received a claim from their Landlord.

We have extensive experience and can provide a comprehensive service from preparation of a Schedule of Dilapidations arising under a lease through to negotiating settlements.
