Access and

Oversail

Often, property owners via their appointed contractor wish to undertake building works to their properties, that mean that they need to over sail their neighbours land either with scaffolding and/or cranes or simply personnel access and we are well versed in negotiating such access and over sails either under The Access to Neighbouring Land Act (1992) or not. This can additionally involve working with solicitors to document an agreement and formalise such permission.

“Danielle undertook a highly professional and comprehensive survey of 2 properties, which she delivered to a very high standard. The subsequent drawings were both very accurate and detailed, and Danielle’s knowledge and experience were extremely useful in taking this project forward. I would have no reservation in using Brooke and Associates in the future, and would strongly recommend their services to others.”
